Workshop on the anticipation of competences in innovative projects

This workshop will discuss and disseminate widely the on-going results of two projects the goal of which is to consolidate the local individual and collective competencies in innovative projects in large companies and SME.
  MATRI, a European funded project, develops within large companies, tests and disseminates a methodology to anticipate the changes introduced at competences level by economical and technological transformations in the development of new products and services.
  Les “Leviers Clés de Compétitivité”, supported by the French Ministry MINEFI, aims to provide SMEs involved in collaborative R&D projects with the key competences required for the success of their development
