OMNT workshop
“Nanomechanics for NEMS: scientific and technological state-of-the-art"

Nanoelectromechanical systems require both advanced scientific knowledge and unequalled technological mastery. Therefore, fundamental research on nanomechanics is associated with development of tools to miniaturise fabrication processes or to integrate nano-objects into devices.

The Observatory for Micro & NanoTechnologies (OMNT) proposes a two days workshop displaying the current state of research on fundamental topics and associated technological developments. Through lively thematic sessions, leading international scientists will discuss the main issues and the last developments in the field.
