  Séminaire OMNT
“Nanomécanique pour les NEMS, état de l’art scientifique et technologique"
 26 et 27 juin 2008
Nanoelectromechanical systems require both advanced scientific knowledge and unequalled technological mastery. Therefore, fundamental research on nanomechanics is associated with development of tools to miniaturise fabrication processes or to integrate nano-objects into devices.
The Observatory for Micro & Nano Technologies (OMNT) is organising a seminar presenting the current state of research on fundamental topics and associated technological developments. Presented in a pedagogic way by leading international scientists, theses two days provide the opportunity to find out about the main issues and the last developments in the field.
