Klaus von KLITZING, Nobel Prize in Physics, 1985, expert in Solid-state Physics, Emeritus Professor, Stuttgart Universität, Germany.

During this ceremony, the 11 best Doctorate works among the 180 published in 2004 will be awarded for their scientific results regarding topics of laboratories and companies established in Minatec. These French and Foreign PhDs are now professionals in fundamental and applied research in laboratories and companies.
