Continuing Education in Microtech and Nanotech

 Objectives :
Continuous education is an excellent channel for technology transfer from research to industry. Many different European organizations offer training courses for engineers and researchers, either treating single topics in their own fields of specialization or offering a complete programme covering mostly all relevant topics in the domain.
The European Project EuroTraining is facilitating the access to training in the field of micro and nano electronics and systems through a large number of services available on its website www.eurotraining.net :
- a course agenda for engineers and researchers looking for a specific training course
- the possibility for course providers to publish their courses and
- an exchange service for lecturers who would like to share their presentations or use
  already existing course material.
The workshop tries to give answers to following questions:
- What are the training requirements of the European MEMS industry in the field of microtech and nanotech?
- How to find the right training?

Who should attend?
The workshop is structured to appeal a wide range of people interested in the field of continuous education in microtech and nanotech:
- engineers and researchers looking for training courses
- course providers wishing to promote their courses in a highly efficient way and free of charges
- lecturers who would like to use already existing course material or share their presentations
